These exercises are the ones I personally do every week, with different variations and small changes and mixes, depending on my time. If you already know us and follow our blog, you know we would never ever share stuff that doesn’t work and we did not try.
Doing these exercises in the morning, will lift your mood, and keep you active all day long! I wanted to show you my mix of routines, because I want to help you lose a little weight, as I did, build a little muscle, as I am doing, and keep or build your flexibility – because that’s important, especially for your love life – trust me ;).

Yoga is the one that wakes you up in the morning, you don’t need any coffee! This simple routine can be done in bed as well if you’re feeling extra lazy. But no matter what you do, it’s a must try!
The exercises are simple to execute, so are great for any beginner. They are also gentle, so you don’t have to feel like you’re being tortured like my beloved Andy likes to say.

Juliana & Mark are so amazing! The quality of their videos is out of this world, and these exercises are simple but so damn effective, you will not believe me until you try. This is a new routine, and it quickly hit number 1 in my top of favorite arm exercises.

3. The 10 Exercises For Firmer Beasts, from Always Fit
Being a curvy girl with slightly bigger breasts, keeping them in place – up and perky – is sometimes a full-time job. Besides swimming, that helps a lot when it comes to firming and lifting, there are a few other easy exercises that you should try, if you want sexy breasts.
And now, let’s be serious, who doesn’t like nice boobs?
The fun thing is, if you don’t have a gym membership, you can do this at home, using water bottles, and other objects that are heavy enough and you can grab.
